In addition, they require collaboration between your fundraising organization and the spirit wear company. There’s certainly much more going on than there is with other fundraisers like car washes or bake sales. In order for everything to go smoothly and for your program to be a success, it’s important that your spirit wear company provides good service.
Expect the Best
It’s the job of the spirit wear company to make things easy for you. They are supposed to be the experts, not you, so they should be held to high standards. For instance, our Easy Sell Spirit Wear Program includes a number of services to reduce the workloads of our clients. We utilize our sales experience and marketing expertise to help them select the garments that will sell and set prices that will increase profits without discouraging customers from buying. We also manage nearly the entire ordering process. Your only responsibility would be to hand out and collect order forms. There’s a reason we call it spirit wear fundraising made easy!
Additional Resources
In addition to the service we provide while preparing and executing programs, we also have a handful of resources available on our website that are helpful for our clients and their customers. One of them is our FAQ page, which answers many of the questions fundraising groups have when doing their research about us. It’s a great way to get to know us and what we do! PTOs/PTAs and customers all find benefit in our Garment Sizing Chart. It makes it simple to decide which garment size to order, and it includes our most popular garment styles: Short-sleeve T-shirts, long-sleeve T-shirts and sweatshirts. We’re still happy to answer any sizing questions that are emailed or phoned in to us, but the chart is a nice reference to have available. They’re all designed to make the spirit wear process as convenient as possible.
